That is to man, but God said "Before i formed you in your mother's womb, i knew you", Jer 1:5. God knows you more than you can ever imagine. He doesn't even need your DNA because he knows you beyond human understanding.
We need passport pictures for identification, registration and for so many legal reasons. Imagine that your passport is missing in a foreign land. Imagine the frustrations one will go through but God doesn't need these. He knows wherever you at any time. He is omnipresence.
Take note, God knows only His Children though we are all created by Him. Be a child of God now.....
